I have a client who entered their email as "gnail.com" then forgot his password and now can't login. There is absolutely no way to get in there! A simple script in the registration process that would check for the correct spelling of "gmail.com" would remedy such situations.

O god I have been having the same problem. I don't care that its free. Who wants problems like this on a free service. Yes, because its free does that mean I should put up with this stuff? Hell NO!!!

Purchasing a hosting account and putting wordpress is the best way to go and this is a reason why.
